Answering Phones & Emails:

I guarantee your patients a direct link to you, through my service, 40 hours every week, answering phones from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (east coast to west coast). This interaction proves very comforting to patients and very time effective for you.  I aim for an 80% direct-answer ratio, calling back patients who have left voice mails quickly.  I also readily communicate with patients via email and through electronic health systems/patient portals.

I reassure hesitant newcomers about holistic health care using appropriate terminology such as; Clinical Nutrition, Herbs, Supplements, Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Physical Medicine, Hydrotherapy, Nutrient Injections, and Therapeutic Exercise.  It is my goal to establish lasting relationships with new and existing patients using sincere customer service and a knowledge of natural medicine.  I am also happy to help with sensitive situations like unpaid bills and no-show fees.

Scheduling and Organization:

Let me keep you organized and have your practice running smoothly with communication through an on-line calendar, email, and telephone contact. I am proficient in programs such as Quickbooks, TimeTrade, Genbook, ChARM, Full Slate, and Practice Fusion, but can generate schedules as well for doctors who still book on paper.  My service can take office appointments and phone consultations, relay (and place) supplement/pharmacy orders, or complete anything else you specify that may require your time and attention.

Confirmation and Follow-Up Calls:

Just like an office secretary, I will call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and will also reach out to schedule follow-ups, or phone anyone at your request.  We also offer email communication with patients if they prefer, versus phone contact.



EHR and Virtual Payments:

I can receive, categorize and upload intake forms, test results, and other patient documentation into your electronic health records system.  I also generate invoices and receipts, and can charge patient credit cards remotely.

Rates For Service:

Depending on your needs, we can design an arrangement which reflects the demands of your business. My services and fees vary from practice to practice. Use my service alone or as supplemental help coordinated with in-house staff. Pricing depends greatly on the size of your practice, call volume, and daily responsibilities provided. I bill at a flat rate versus charging by the call or minute(s). Rates begin at $150 per week for 40 hours of live answering coverage. I offer a free trial week to determine compatibility and negotiate pricing.
