This service has been fantastic. They answer patient calls promptly, and call back immediately if a voicemail is left. A number of patients have given me positive feedback about their manner. They are tremendously responsive to any concerns or requests I may have. The whole system runs quite smoothly. They are a great "front-person" for my practice being familiar with and passionate about naturopathic medicine. The number of patients on the schedule has definitely increased because of them. I had been in solo private practice, doing my own reception for
several years before subscribing to the service. Samantha and her team
were great from the start, they were able to incorporate the quirks of
my system into their workflow, quickly refining things over the trial
week until all was working smoothly. A few weeks later, I had proof
positive that I had made a great choice in subscribing. I came into
the office for what looked to be a slow Friday, as I was in with my
first patient I started receiving a flurry of
texts from the answering service team--several people wanted to know if
they could get scheduled in that day. As the day went on, this kept
happening, all I had to do was take a minute or so each time to answer a
quick text during brief breaks, and the team did the rest, calling back
patients, coordinating appointments, collecting information on
insurance and giving patients any other information they needed for an
initial visit. In the end my slow Friday turned into a record five new
patients plus several regular patients within a 24 hour period.
Without the Holistic Answering Service team, those would have been
calls that I would have missed, and patients that might well have gone
elsewhere. They have continued to be a great support team, and I would
